A very sleek and precise wine that is dominated by understated fruit and crisp acidity. Smells of apple and pear seemingly evade your nostrils yet are displayed as the wine enters your mouth alongside mineral texture and persistent flavour. The freshness of the wine is a hallmark as is the perceived ability of the wine to accompany a wide range of foods. This is a terrific example of Pinot Grigio, and I would dare to say it is a benchmark of its variety on the Australian market.
