What's it all about? The courses are for beginners, and they are designed to give you
an overview of Victorian wine easily and accurately, and you get to eat delicious Victoria st food too. Come along
and learn about how why and what for about Victorian wine, and learn how you go about choosing
the right wine for yourself when you are out in the world. Who knows, you might
even find something that will change your life!
What you need to know.
- Courses run for about 2 hours.
- Discussion will include the history, styles of wine, wine making techniques and taste and sensory evaluation.
- Course cost is $100 per person
- Courses will be held at 12 midday on Saturday
- Venue: Will be confirmed the week prior to the course
Courses will be run with a minimum of eight participants Costs include all wine and GST.
